Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

Be under 35 years of age by 31 December 2025
Be nationals of developing countries (excluding India)
Not hold permanent or temporary residency in India or a developed country
Have a Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics
Have completed at least 5 years of combined undergraduate and postgraduate education
Provide an Acceptance Letter from a department at the S.N. Bose Centre
Demonstrate English proficiency (if education was not in English)
Commit to returning to their home country after completion
Not undertake other employment during the fellowship
Be financially responsible for accompanying family members
