Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to apply for Kazakhstan Government Scholarship:
- Nationality: Be a citizen of any country (including ethnic Kazakhs who are not Kazakhstan citizens)
- Bachelor’s degree applicants: Must have completed secondary education with a minimum ‘Good’ grade
- Master’s degree applicants: Hold a Bachelor’s degree GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent
- Ph.D. applicants: Must have a Master’s degree with at least a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent
- Master’s and Ph.D. applicants: Provide an international language certificate in English, German, and French:
- English: IELTS (min 5.5), TOEFL iBT (min 46), TOEFL PBT (min 453)
- German: DSH (Level B2), TestDaF (Level B2)
- French: DELF (B2), DALF (B2), TCF (min 50)

- If the Operator verifies the submitted documents, you will receive an email link for online testing.
- Pass the test to receive an interview invitation.
- Participate in the online interview with representatives from the Ministry, Operator, and participating
- Await the final selection results.
